Ichiban Sushi Grill Restaurant

Ichiban Sushi-Grill Restaurant was delivered as part of a project outsourced to me by a German-based digital agency. The project involved developing advanced functionality to support the restaurant’s online operations while improving customer engagement and streamlining the ordering experience across multiple locations.

A key component of the project was the implementation of Mailchimp integration, enabling the restaurant to manage newsletters, promotions, and customer communications more effectively. This provided a reliable marketing channel for engaging existing customers and promoting special offers, events, and updates across the business.

In addition, I developed a comprehensive online food ordering system for two of the restaurant’s four locations. The solution included pre-order functionality, automated tax calculations, multiple payment gateway options, and multilingual support to accommodate a diverse customer base. The system was designed with both usability and operational efficiency in mind, delivering a seamless ordering experience while helping the restaurant manage orders more effectively. Through a combination of custom development, automation, and customer-focused functionality, the project strengthened the restaurant’s digital presence and enhanced its ability to serve customers online.
